The first month of school has finally been completed. Quite a bit got done in the time we were given! The annual trip to Broken Arrow Ranch, volleyball games, cross-country practice, job applications, Picture Day, and so many more things happening all so quickly.
With tests, quizzes, student-led chapels, and homework, it all seems like it’ll be impossible to get over! Good news for us, it’s not - chapels will come and go, tests will fly by, and homework will eventually get done. Time is a funny thing, isn’t it? One minute, you’re worrying about an assignment, the next minute, that assignment is due. (Hence why I don’t recommend waiting till 11:59 to turn something in!) Even so, time will pass, due dates will go by, and school will end.
With that being said, let us enjoy the time we have now, and not wish our lives away! We must keep our eyes open for the things to come this year. Who knows what God may have in store for Midland? I believe that, even if Midland does go through trials, we will grow stronger together. May God bless you in this coming year.
“What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” - Romans 8:31
